Return Policy – 14-Day Return Window

1. General Return Conditions
- Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in good working order.
- Unused Requirement: Returned products must not have been used or altered in any way.
2. Initiating a Return
- Email Request: Before returning any item, please contact us by emailing return@solaraction.com.
- Return Number: Upon receipt of your email, we will provide you with a unique Return Number. Please ensure you include this Return Number on your return package.
- No Return Number, No Acceptance: Packages received without a Return Number will not be accepted.
3. Shipping and Transport
- Transporter Choice: You are free to choose the transporter that best suits your needs. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping fee, except in cases where the product is defective or has a manufacturing fault.
- Insurance and Tracking: You may choose to insure your return shipment. Once the item is shipped, please communicate the tracking number to us.
- Transport Responsibility: You are responsible for any issues arising during transport of the returned items.
4. Faulty or Defective Products
- Claim Process: If the product is defective or has a manufacturing fault, you may request either a refund or an exchange.
- Issue Description: In your email request, please provide a detailed explanation of the issue.
- Shipping Fee Refund: In cases where the product is determined to be faulty, we may refund the shipping fee incurred when returning the product.
